Monitor and analyze diverse social media interactions

Empower Marketing to Act
Targeted insights to marketing stakeholders to create hyper-context driven campaigns and help with marketing automation

Phase V Optimize
Insights to Optimize
Embed insights to optimize the business processes or operations

Good one. According to my knowledge, I am in fifth stage of implementing a small scale business idea for a friend of mine.
Looking forward for a case study model of the stages mentioned above , so that I can correlate it in a broader perspective.
